Home Made Acne Cleanser

Here is a simple, great acne treatment that anyone can make at home. Its simple and really good at sucking up that excess oil and filth on your face.

Step 1
Get yourself a bowl of oatmeal.  It should just be simple "in the can oatmeal." If you got a mortar and pestle grind it up real fine. If you dont, you can use a blender, coffee grinder or the bottom of a cup. Grind it up till it has got the consistency of sand.
Step 2.
Get some baking soda.

 Step 3.
Add two tablespoons of baking soda and one table spoon of ground oatmeal. Mix in a little bit of water. Get a thick paste similiar to a good face scrub. Scrub your skin, rinse it off.

I picked this recipe up from a friend who works at a high end spa. They make it in gallon buckets and use it for full body scrubs. It's incredibly cheap and incredibly good at scrubbing off dead skin and eliminating black heads and acne. So here's your recipe for the same stuff they use at $125 dollar an hour spas. Enjoy!

  11. Wow, that's cool. I'll have to give this a try. I'm not acne-ridden but when I'm stressed I do get an occasional bump here and there. : ( I feel bad for the teenagers going through puberty who end up with pizza faces.

  24. Very nice method! I usually recommend Apple Cider Vinegar as a toner to balance out the PH on your face since baking soda is very basic.
